The management of "CHIMTEX" Ltd. has defined its policy on quality, environment and health and safety at work on the basis of: its aspiration to ensure sustainable development, in accordance with the mission, vision and goals of the organization to satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customers and stakeholders, and continuous improvement of the quality of the products and services offered, the protection of the environment and of the conditions for safety and health at work when carrying out its activity – trade in laboratory glassware, medical devices, chemical reagents and technical chemicals. The principles of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management are in accordance with the requirements of the standards BDS EN ISO 9001:2015, BDS EN ISO 14001:2015 and BDS EN ISO 45001:2018. In this connection.

         The company's quality, environment, health and safety policy is an invariable part of the policy, goals and strategies of CHIMTEX Ltd. To ensure this goal, the management of the organization is committed to maintaining and continuously improving the efficiency of the quality management system, environment and ZBR, enhance environmental performance, satisfy applicable legal and other requirements, fulfill compliance obligations, prevent environmental pollution, provide EMS, eliminate hazards and reduce EMS risks, provide employee consultation and participation and to satisfy the requirements of standards BDS EN ISO 9001:2015, BDS EN ISO 14001:2015 and BDS ISO 45001:2018. The implemented ISU is reviewed for adequacy and, if necessary, updated.

The ISU company is oriented towards:

- offering high-quality products and services;

• A commitment to providing health and safety at work to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses and is appropriate for the purpose of the size and context of the organization and for the specific nature of OSH risks and OSH opportunities.

• Identifying and eliminating hazards, assessing risks and opportunities and establishing measures for continuous improvement of working conditions until reaching the ultimate goal - work without incidents, accidents, hazards and occupational diseases in the ZBR management system.

• Commitment to consultation and participation of workers and workers' representatives, when available;

• Carrying out the company's activities in ways that have the least possible negative impact on people's health and the use of equipment and transport that meet safety requirements;

• Provision of information, consultations, instructions, training and monitoring of all workers and employees in order to ensure their safety at workplaces;
