Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer or a recipient designated by him is obliged to immediately inspect it, as in the event that he finds obvious defects, for example: broken integrity of the packaging, visible transport defects, breakages and damages, identified deficiencies in the set, lack of of accompanying accessories ( if any), lack of accompanying documents - invoice, delivery protocol and if available - certificate of analysis, certificate of conformity, SDS , should immediately inform the person making the delivery and CHIMTEX LTD .

In this case, a finding protocol is drawn up for the Buyer's refusal to receive the goods, about which he informs CHIMTEX LTD in writing, using the following purchase refusal form:

Refusal of purchase is not allowed when the unfulfilled part of the obligation is insignificant in view of the interest of the Buyer.

In the event that the Buyer or the recipient designated by him does not inspect the received goods and does not make immediate claims to the person carrying out the delivery, the goods are considered approved and the Buyer loses the right to claim at a later stage for the presence of obvious defects of the goods.

The right to claim hidden defects can be exercised no later than one month after receiving the goods, using the form above.

The provisions of the Law on Obligations and Contracts apply to the rights and obligations of the parties under the contracts for the purchase and sale of goods concluded between CHIMTEX Ltd. and customers.
