With this policy, "Chimtex" Ltd. takes care of the protection of the privacy of the personal data of the users/customers and strives that the company's activities and the website are fully compliant with the requirements of the new Regulation on the protection of personal data ((EC) 2016/679 - GDPR), in force from 25.05.2018.

- filling out a document/declaration when purchasing certain products for which information is required according to the legal requirements.
After submitting a request by e-mail, on-site at the relevant site or by phone, the user/client expresses consent to provide his personal data in the database of the site and to their processing for the purpose of fulfilling the request. The submission of personal data by the user/client and the consent to their processing are necessary for the realization of the order by "Chimtex" Ltd.

- are requested by state bodies or officials who, according to the current legislation, are authorized to request and collect such information in compliance with the legally established procedures in connection with the implementation of the law
- is required by law to provide the information.
In cases where the users/clients knowingly and voluntarily provide their personal data, "Chimtex" Ltd. stores this data only for the time required for the provision of a service and the performance of a given task. After the need to store these data ceases, they are destroyed.
Protection of personal information:
"CHIMTEX" Ltd. has taken all required administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information from loss, theft and misuse, as well as to limit any unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of your personal data processed by us.
The company has a person responsible for the protection of personal data who monitors compliance with the requirements of the GDPR and the GDPR.
Storage of personal information:
Personal information is stored for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which such data was collected, unless the law requires the storage of such data for a longer period of time. When the storage period expires, the information is destroyed.
