The Bioprotektor is a disposable container pre-filled with 4% formaldehyde in closed circuit (10% buffered formalin).
The container is completely smooth to facilitate the introduction and extraction of the sample and is equipped with a knurled screw cap to facilitate opening and closing operations.
Suitable for the management of biological samples during collection and transport.
It is designed to ensure maximum safety for the operator who in no way comes into contact with the formaldehyde contained inside a capsule sealed in the cap.
Even in case of incorrect transport (container lying on its side) the sample remains completely immersed in the fixative.
Material: The container is manufactured exclusively with non-toxic materials free of latex and phthalates.

Safety canister for transport and storage made of stainless steel AISI 316 Ti (1.4571) for 5 l and 10 l canisters and AISI 304 (1.4301) for 20 l canisters.
Protection from exploding through flame protection and excess pressure valve. The containers have a high degree of chemical resistance and they save space.

Containers manufactured with virgin raw materials enabling incineration; four and six liters containers are made in autoclavable polypropylene, the rest in polyethylene.

They have moulded graduations in increments of 50 ml, and a ring in the upper part of the container that prevents dripping when decanting liquids. Its leakproof closure makes them ideal for liquid (including alcohols) or solid sample storage.
