The square backing pan with glass lid is made from high quality heat resistant glass Simax which is resistant to temperatures from minus 40 °C to plus 300°C. The volumen of this casserole is 8l and its use is a universal. It is used for backing, stewing and roasting of larger dishes. Ideal for roasting ducks or geese. This product can be washed in the dishwasher. Thanks to high hardness of glass products, the backing pan looks like new even after multiple use. The product is made of high quality Simax glass, resistant to high temperatures. The advantage of glass backing pan is that you can watch the backing process without opening the pan. It is approved for contact with food both in household and professional premises. All products are controlled according the Health and Safety regulations of Czech Republic by independent controllers. They are made from recyclable glass containing no Cadmium or Lead.
